Headaches are a common health problem, with some people suffering from headaches daily, monthly, or just the occasional random headache.

There is a wide variety of headache types. There are tension headaches, sinus headaches, migraine headaches, hormonal headaches, rebound headaches, tension headaches, cluster headaches, exertion headaches, caffeine headaches, etc.  There can be a wide variety of reasons that someone could be having a headache.   Some headaches can just be mild and annoying while others are completely debilitating and impact daily life. The treatment will differ depending on the type and severity of the headache.

Some factors that can lead to headaches may be: stress, depression, allergies, imbalanced gut microbiome, high blood pressure, lack of sleep, dehydration, subluxation, incorrect eye prescription, endocannabinoid deficiency, toxins, or a past injury effecting the area, just to name a few possible reasons.
