PLEASE NOTE: If you are an existing client, please take note of the Cancelation Policy. We understand that life can be busy and hectic.  Sometimes things can come up when we least expect them which can make it difficult to keep scheduled appointments. However, please remember that your appointment time is reserved just for you.  

If something comes up and you are not able to make your scheduled appointment time, simply cancel the session 24 hours PRIOR to your scheduled appointment time and avoid the cancelation fee.  This can be done online, email or by phone.  

If the appointment is canceled WITHIN 24 hours of your appointment time OR if you NO SHOW to the appointment, a cancelation/no show fee of 60% of the appointment fee will be charged.
