This license excludes the download or collection of product descriptions, pricing, text, graphics, audio and video clips, and/or copying account information.

Some portions of this Website may require you to become a Registered User.  For purposes of our Terms & Conditions of Use policy, a “Registered User” is a user who has registered an account on the website.  Any passwords used on the website are for individual use only. Striving for Health is not responsible or liable for any individual’s reaction to any of the products or their ingredients found on this website.  We are also not responsible or liable if you give the products to another person and they have an allergic reaction.  We list all of the product’s ingredients on the product label and the website so please review those if you have any allergies or sensitivities to ensure you are not ordering something that will cause a reaction. People with sensitivities to any of the listed ingredients should not use the product.  If you are not sure about a product or ingredient causing a reaction, do a small patch test before using the product by placing a small amount of the product on the inside of your forearm, and wait 48 to 72 hours.  If you have any redness, swelling, itching or burning, do not use the product.

Striving for Health may use any Third-Party payment processing companies that it chooses for payment services (credit card processing, merchant settlement, and related services).  By purchasing a product from our website, you agree to be bound by that payment processor’s privacy policy and hereby consent and authorize Striving for Health and the payment processors to share any information and payment instructions you provide with the any third party Service Provider (s) to the minimum extent required to complete your transactions.  We will continually update our Third-Party Processor information to include a link to their privacy policy page for your convenience.
