Many people needlessly suffer with symptoms associated with allergies and sensitivities.

These reactions can contribute to a wide range of symptoms within the body.  There are multiple ways that someone can be exposed to an allergen including eating, breathing, or touching an item. Symptoms can range from mild to more severe symptoms which can affect any system in the body like your digestive, respiratory, or skin systems, just to name a few.  A sensitivity, or inappropriate reaction, to an item can cause symptoms from any organ system in the body which is why people can experience different symptoms to the same substance.  

Many people may not even be aware that the contributing factor of their issue is actually from an undiagnosed allergy or sensitivity.  Many of today’s most common symptoms and conditions have an underlying sensitivity component.  

At Striving for Health we take a multi-therapy approach to get your allergy and sensitivity symptoms under control. We start by addressing the sensitivities directly, but we also support a healthy gut microbiome as well, which is essential. We look at your diet and how we can increase the foods you are eating as well as offer additional support with acupuncture and herbs.
